How it Works
The InteGRITy Challenge is a high-energy, round-robin team building experience designed to strengthen trust, communication, and accountability through action—not lectures.
Teams rotate through a series of interactive challenge stations, each requiring collaboration, strategy, and ethical decision-making to succeed.
What makes this experience unique is its focus on integrity in motion. Participants rely on clear communication, fair play, and leadership from both teammates and facilitators, creating meaningful moments that mirror real workplace dynamics.
The result is an engaging experience that feels fun and competitive while reinforcing core team values.
We bring the program to your office, offsite venue, or chosen event space and work closely with you to coordinate logistics, timing, and layout.
Each activity station requires approximately 20x20 feet of open space, and we’re happy to recommend venues or help assess your location to ensure a smooth setup.
This experience is not available for instant online booking due to its logistical requirements.
