How it Works
Unleash your inner designer in this fast-paced, fun, and wildly creative team building event!
In Project Funway, your team will go head-to-head in a timed fashion challenge, where you’ll design and build one-of-a-kind outfits using unexpected materials — think paper, tape, fabric remnants, recycled goods, and more.
Each team will have to collaborate under pressure: sketch ideas, assign roles (designer, stylist, model, hype crew), and bring their vision to life. No fashion experience required — just imagination, teamwork, and a sense of humor!
Once time is up, it's time for the runway! Models from each team will strut their stuff down the catwalk, showcasing their team’s unique creation to music and a panel of judges (or the rest of your group).
Awards can include categories like "most creative," "best use of materials," "funniest concept," or "most runway ready."

Kick things off with a high-energy welcome, team assignments, and a quick rundown of the rules. We’ll set the stage (and the mood) for a project funway challenge.
Teams dive into interactive mini challenges and then come up with the concept design of what their final project will look like.
Teams will spend an hour executing their visions and bringing their outfit to life.
Teams present their design and judges pick winners in different categories.
